Be careful with the Solidworks sheet metal package. The latest version doesn't model second op cuts properly when they are near a bend. I used to have a problem with large radius bends too but haven't bothered to try it out lately. I NEVER had a problem with the Pro/E sheetmetal package even though it was supposedly more difficult to use. blogs.solidworks.com
